Off-Market Buyer and Seller Matching

Buyers and sellers submit their details privately. The Proptywise AI Matching Engine compares both submissions, evaluates the key matching criteria and assigns a compatibility score. When the score reaches a strong-match threshold, Proptywise will contact the relevant buyer and seller to verify the details and discuss whether the opportunity should progress.

Seller service

Submit a property privately

Sellers provide property details so Proptywise can assess whether there is suitable buyer demand before a potential private introduction.

  • A private alternative for owners not ready to begin with a public listing
  • Property details are assessed against active buyer briefs by the AI Matching Engine
  • Strong buyer alignment may lead to a private follow-up

What the matching service assesses

The AI Matching Engine uses the information supplied by both sides to calculate a compatibility score across the key matching criteria.

Location alignment Target suburb, nearby areas and location flexibility.
Budget compatibility Whether the stated price expectations reasonably align.
Property requirements Property type, bedrooms, parking and other priorities.
Timing and readiness Whether both sides appear ready to progress at a similar time.
What happens when a strong match score is identified: Proptywise will contact the relevant parties to verify the submitted information and discuss whether the opportunity should progress. A high score indicates potential compatibility only and does not guarantee an introduction, purchase or sale.

What the suburb insight service includes

Each suburb page is designed to give a useful overview of the suburb itself, how the market appears to be behaving, what kind of buyer or investor it may suit, and what extra risks or checks may be worth looking into.
