1. Approval and participation

Applications are subject to Proptywise approval. Approval may be accepted, declined, suspended or ended where reasonably necessary to protect the program, customers or the Proptywise brand.

2. What counts as an eligible affiliate conversion

A customer must use your unique Proptywise affiliate link and be attributed to you under the program tracking rules. The first valid unused affiliate attribution is retained during the configured attribution window. After an attribution has been consumed by an eligible commission, a later qualifying affiliate-link use can create a fresh attribution. An affiliate attribution is not created merely because you know, advise or communicate with the customer.

Self-attributions, duplicate attributions, fraudulent activity, misleading activity or attempts to manipulate affiliate tracking are not eligible.

3. Payment must be completed and retained

A commission is eligible only after Proptywise receives a successful, completed payment in full for an eligible subscription plan. No commission is payable on a free or zero-value transaction, failed payment, refunded payment, reversed payment, disputed payment, chargeback, fraudulent transaction or other payment that is not ultimately retained by Proptywise.

Commissions may remain pending while payment and affiliate eligibility are verified. If an eligible payment is later refunded, reversed or charged back, the related commission may be rejected or reversed. If it has already been paid, Proptywise may offset that amount against future affiliate payouts where permitted.

4. Affiliate-link use and recurring payments

A commission may be created when a customer uses your unique affiliate link and an eligible successful paid subscription payment is attributed to that affiliate-link use within the configured attribution window. Each qualifying affiliate-link use can be applied to a maximum of one eligible payment.

The customer's second month and later automatic recurring subscription payments do not generate another commission merely because that customer used an affiliate link previously. However, if the customer uses your affiliate link again and a later eligible payment is attributed to that fresh affiliate-link use, a new commission may be created.

5. Commission amount may change

The current affiliate commission is AUD $5.00. Proptywise may increase, decrease or otherwise change the commission rate at any time. A commission-rate change takes effect immediately when Proptywise saves and publishes the new rate. Approved affiliate members will be notified by email at the email address registered to their affiliate account when the commission rate changes.

The new commission rate applies immediately to eligible commissions created after the change. A later rate change does not retrospectively change a commission already recorded, unless that commission becomes ineligible under these terms because of a refund, reversal, chargeback, fraud, duplicate attribution or error.

6. Affiliate links and promotion

You must use your own affiliate link accurately and must not misrepresent Proptywise, guarantee outcomes, impersonate Proptywise, send unlawful spam, or make claims that Proptywise has not authorised. You are responsible for ensuring your promotional activity complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

7. Commission review and payout

Affiliate commissions are subject to validation before approval and payout. Proptywise may reject or reverse a commission where the affiliate attribution does not meet these terms, the underlying payment is not valid, or an attribution or processing error occurred.

All affiliate commissions and payouts are calculated and paid in Australian dollars (AUD). A payout becomes available only when your approved, unpaid commissions reach at least AUD $50.00. Pending commissions do not count toward the payout threshold.

You may choose payout to an Australian bank account by providing an account name, BSB and account number, or to PayPal by providing a valid PayPal email address. You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate and for any bank, PayPal, currency-conversion, tax or reporting obligations that apply to you.

8. Program and agreement changes

Proptywise may update the Affiliate Program or these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately when published in the affiliate portal, unless Proptywise states a different effective date. Where a material program term affecting approved members changes, Proptywise may provide notice by email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to the updated terms from the time they take effect.

9. Ending participation

You may stop promoting your affiliate link at any time. Proptywise may suspend or end an affiliate account for breach of these terms, misuse, fraud, material reputational risk or other legitimate program reasons. Valid commissions already recorded remain subject to the eligibility and payment rules above.

10. Acceptance

When you tick the agreement checkbox and successfully submit your affiliate application, the program creates a separate audit record containing your affiliate member ID, the agreement version you accepted and the acceptance date and time. The application is not created if that agreement-acceptance record cannot be stored.
